Chief Information Officer
I joined the team in 2017, and in 2019 I was made head of the IT department.In my work, I value first and foremost contact with interesting and passionate people. I also enjoy developing systems that are used by hundreds of thousands of Customers a day. The chance to develop technological solutions for really big Internet platforms is another advantage of working in a technology company. I have an opportunity to create innovative solutions for the B2B market, cooperate with the largest marketplaces and carriers, both locally and abroad. The low level of employee turnover, especially in our IT department, is due to the implementation of interesting and ambitious projects in a dynamically developing organization.

I have been working in the company for 8 years – I started as a salesman, and over the years I have promoted to the next levels – first to the deputy sales manager, and then the manager of this department. I started my company adventure in 2013, starting with the position of junior sales specialist, then I became a senior specialist, deputy manager, and then a manager. Currently, I have been promoted to the position of Product Manager in the Enterprise Department, that is, I have the pleasure to work with the largest and most demanding Customers in the company. I value my work very much for the possibility of development and independence. Working at Wolante Investments is for me a powerful injection of knowledge and experience, but I also got the opportunity to deal with the world of e-commerce, with innovative technologies and modern logistics solutions. I feel professionally satisfied. What am I proud of? I am proud of the company’s branch office in Stalowa Wola, which I had the honour and pleasure to build from scratch. The company is the perfect place to start an adventure with sales. A great advantage is independence in the performance of duties and proprietary CRM for sales management. Manager of the Customer Support Center
I joined the company in 2016 and from the very beginning I dealt with customer service. I am currently working as the Manager of the Customer Support Center. In my work, I value the possibility of continuous development. I noticed that over the last few years I have developed my professional competences, but also how dynamically my team and the entire company have developed! A great advantage in my work is the lack of monotony – we are still working on improving internal processes, employee tools and those used to improve customer service.
