The strength of our organization is the diversity we take into account when choosing our staff. In addition, we believe that the effectiveness of our teams would not be possible without proper employee support, including non-financial support. Our employees share our values, which is why, as volunteers, they get involved in a number of campaigns to support orphanages, foster care centers and non-governmental organizations.

  • More than 80% of Alsendo Poland’s employees enjoy employee non-wage benefits on a daily basis.
