Social responsibility at Alsendo Poland

The strength of our organization is the diversity we take into account when choosing our staff. In addition, we believe that the effectiveness of our teams would not be possible without proper employee support, including non-financial support. Our employees share our values, which is why, as volunteers, they get involved in a number of campaigns to support orphanages, foster care centers and non-governmental organizations.

• Alsendo Poland’s board of directors is made up of 50% women, and they make up as much as 73% of the workforce.
• More than 80% of Alsendo Poland’s employees enjoy employee non-wage benefits on a daily basis.
• We care about the development of our staff, as more than 90% of people employed in Alsendo Poland take part in training.
