Krzysztof Banasiak

Krzysztof has held key positions, including CTO and CPO/Board Member at FIBARO/Nice Group, where he developed product strategies, transformed technical and product teams, and led a team of nearly 200 people, playing a key role in the company’s acquisition process. Previously, at Inea, he created product teams and implemented modern technologies in hospitals and state institutions. At Ericsson, he led infrastructure projects with engineering teams.

Krzysztof specializes in leading and transforming technical and product teams to maximize efficiency and performance. He has extensive experience in implementing structural changes, creating and executing product strategies, and integrating systems on international platforms.

His expertise spans software development strategies, cloud solutions, and platform integration, always aligning technology with business goals. A key aspect of his work is shaping teams and tools to meet and exceed the strategic objectives set by the Board.

At Alsendo, Krzysztof is responsible for the development and implementation of a long-term product strategy, effective roadmap management, ensuring smooth cooperation with business teams and integration of M&A from technological perspective Alsendo.

Krzysztof holds an MBA from WSB University in Poznań and completed the Excellence Business Academy program at ICAN | Harvard Business Review Poland. He also earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Poznan University of Technology and completed an engineering internship at RWTH Aachen University in Germany, specializing in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, he has a background in Modern Information Technologies from Poznan University of Technology.
