Getting Started with Business Pro Who is Business Pro for? Business PRO is designed for our customers in the e-commerce sector who want to: Influence their brand image. Promote their online store. Encourage customers to make repeat purchases. How to Activate the Service? Register for Business PRO and log in to the Customer Panel. Choose the appropriate package. If you’re unsure about the differences, check our package comparison. Review and accept the applicable Terms & Conditions. Click Select.After confirmation, you will receive a message confirming the activation of your chosen package. You will receive an invoice within 2 business days. Please ensure payment is made. Invoices are issued electronically and can be downloaded in the Invoices section after logging in. How Long Is the Contract Valid? The contract is signed for one year with monthly payments. Detailed terms can be found in the Terms & Conditions, which should be reviewed before subscribing. The subscription is active from the moment the package is activated and renews automatically every month. You can cancel at any time, but access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. Exception: promotional pricing. Do I Need to Renew My Subscription Every Month? No, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. I’m Not a “Tech-Savvy” Person – Will I Be Able to Set It Up? Our service was created with users like you in mind. No technical skills are needed to configure the service. If you encounter any difficulties, check the configuration guide or contact us – our team is happy to help. Do I Have to Configure All Features (Logo, Email Notifications, Tracking Page)? We recommend using all available features. Where Can I Find a Guide/Manual to Help Me Set Up the Service? Contact our support team for assistance. Where Can I Find My Business Pro Invoice? Invoices are issued electronically and can be downloaded from the Invoices section after logging in. These are official documents and should be printed if needed. We do not send invoices by post. This is in compliance with legal regulations (Article 106, Sections 10 & 11 of the Act of March 11, 2004). We will notify you via email when an invoice is issued. The email will be sent to the address provided during registration. If I Cancel My Subscription, Will I Get a Refund for the Unused Period? After cancellation, access to the service remains available until the end of the current billing cycle. Payments for activated, ongoing, or ordered services are non-refundable. The buyer fills out a return form, and key shipment details are automatically completed: Tracking number (auto-filled). Email address (auto-filled). Order number (optional). Reason for return. Message to the seller (optional). Selected courier service with drop-off point. Sender details. Once the buyer submits the form: You receive an email notification about the new return. In the Returns section, you decide whether to accept or reject the return. Upon approval, the buyer receives a confirmation email with the return label and further instructions.
