Magda Magnuszewska

Served on supervisory boards and as a Partner at the private equity fund, Innova Capital. During this time, she focused on investments in new technologies and digital markets, overseeing transactions and fostering growth within portfolio companies, including leading Innova’s investment in the Wirtualna Polska, WhitePress/Netsprint Group and broader telco space.

Magda also led the business transformation at Inelo Group as a CEO, a leading provider of integrated technological solutions for the transportation industry in CEE. She led Inelo Group until the acquisition by Eurowag, a transaction valued at over 300 million euros, ranking 7th in the Forbes “Mergers and Acquisitions 2022” list.

Having extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration processes, and Investor Relations, in 2023, Magda took the role of CEO at Alsendo, a leading, tech-driven, shipping and delivery management platform, where she continues to lead transformative initiatives aimed at accelerating business growth.

Member of 30% Club, committed to driving positive change, actively promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, especially in advancing women’s career development opportunities.

Magda holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Leon Kozminski Academy.
